I loved living here. The apartments have beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances and the location is great. I can catch a bus right out front that takes me right to NIU campus. Its a quiet building. The management is very nice and if you have any problems they will fix it right away. I like that the building is secure and you have to have a key to get in. The view is awesome. I love that Wendys is right next door. I love Wendys Restraunt. Plus Jewel is accross the street.

These apartments have changed substantially since new management in January 2008 took over! They are remodeling all the apartments and have just finished installing a new roof, new siding and windows. Although it may be an older building it rents out at very affordable pricing. Management is very friendly and open and communicates very well, but they are cleaning house and stick to their plan on maintaing a quiet environment! I would recommend this to families and retirees for sure!
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. i loved living here right next to the park. summertime daily swimming, tanning, meeting people, the slide is pretty awsome. if you are like an outdoorsy type like myself youll love it here. i cooked out at least twice a week, did anything i could in the park. they blow up a huge screen and play movies in the park. the forth of july celebration was amazing! loved the view of the park and the sounds of the families and kids playing, my daughter loved coming over to play in that huge park.
