beautiful apartments. but the maintenance service is depressing super dirty stairs, hallways and bird droppings everywhere
I have no idea where the other high star reviews are coming from. My experience with this community has been a total nightmare. Communication is nonexistent. Staff is completely incompetent and service requests are being marked complete when it hasn’t even been resolved yet. On the day of move in my apartment was not even ready. It reeked a pungent odor that would linger on your body. In addition, I had a carpenter replacing my carpet on the day of move in when my movers were trying to set up furniture. THE PROPERTY IS NICE AND BEAUTIFUL AND CONVENIENT BUT THE MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE FROM THE GET GO. THEY LIED TO US BEFORE WE MOVED IN ABOUT WHICH APARTMENT WE WERE GETTING AND ABOUT THE PRICING WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST RED FLAG. THEN WE JUST MOVE OUT AND COMES TO FIND OUT THEY LIED ABOUT THE DEPOSIT AS WELL WHICH IS GOING TO COST US AN EXTRA $400-500 OUT OF POCKET FOR THE SUREDEPOSIT. NOT TO MENTION HOW STRICT THE ACTUAL DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT IS WITH THE RULES. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
