i just wanted to say thank you to shannon and deb, i had a few inconveniences with my unit and they hopped on and helped me resolve it and are making a switch to a newer unit that better suits my needs and solves the previous inconveniences i had before. thank you so much for taking the time and showing care and support during it.

We’ve lived at Parkside at the Beach apartments for almost a year and a half now, and we’ve LOVED it! The apartments are very spacious and luxurious. Our kids love the pool and being able to grill out. The staff is incredible, Shannon goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about people. I’ve witnessed her bringing a meal to residents in the hospital outside of business hours. Cameron and Owen on the maintenance team have been a huge help with the couple of issues we had. The whole building is overrun with mold. The pool is a loud obnoxious entity at all hours of the night The on-site management, although nice, is not allowed to address issues properly and the health and well being of the tenants is not a concern of the corporation who owns the property. If you would be content living in a "home" where your health and happiness is not a concern for the landlord then this place is for you.
