That place is horrible. Harrasment and discrimination from employees..maintn as is horrible..its a dump.funny they made shannon the manager.i used to live below her and she vaccumed every night and drags her furniture across the floor...she couldn't manage a paper bag
I have lived at Parkside for over 2 years now and I truly feel like this is my home. The staff is AMAZING, Shannon, Brandy, and Deb have been so kind and of great help when needed. There is on employee that I have seen for over a year now go above and beyond. Shannon Hurt is that exceptional employee. She is always working to make Parkside the best place to live here in PCB. I have found my new home!!!! I moved to Parkside At The Beach community about a year ago. I feel like it is a “best kept secret”! Just signed a new lease today. I am in walking distance to the beach and Pier Park, the pool is pure luxury and Shannon and Deb (on-site managers) go out of their way to assist me with my needs. They actually take the time to sit and listen and then work out a plan. I love it! They have made me feel as though I am part of the community, not just reside there. Shannon and Tish were extremely helpful with the move in process. Very quiet community. Rapid response from maintenance when I needed help. All around great experience. We would highly recommend this community!
