I have been trying to contact this place for a few days now. Their website is down and so is their contact number listed in google. Not impressed with the customer communication to begin with.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The unit and common areas are well maintained, and management is professional and responsive. What really stands out is the community! My neighbors are kind, respectful, and easy to live alongside. It creates a positive, welcoming environment :)
I have to say, this condominium is absolutely gorgeous! The design, amenities, and overall atmosphere make it a truly wonderful place to be. I was really impressed with how beautiful and well-maintained everything is. However, I did notice a large number of homeless individuals around the area. It’s a concerning situation that highlights a significant challenge facing Austin as a whole.
