Most if not all of the 5 star reviews are from employees at UClub! Terrible place to live. I lived here in 2018-2019 a few years after it was built and it was falling apart! Although it may appear like “luxury” student housing on the outside, everything on the inside is terrible! In my unit the floors were “settling” which caused large indents in the floor. RecommendedWe felt my daughter was safe there and close to most of her classes. They were kept clean and they were good about repairs!
UClub Binghamton has the absolute worst customer service. Anytime I have asked their student employees a question, they have told me "that's on you" or "google it." When I have continued asking questions or even ended up speaking to other coworkers, they always seem angry to be bothered and often end up replying sarcastically at some point in the conversation.
RecommendedLiving at the hub puts you at a perfect location. Everything is so close. they also offer amazing amenities and an incredible staff.
