This has been the worst living experience of my four years at college. The place is a mess, the rooms already had Spots and imperfections on the walls. Then they asked me to pay $180 for a full bathroom clean despite my bathroom being spotless , and then they ask for a painting fee for the bathroom, which again it did not need! DO NOT LIVE HERE! They are currently trying to take advantage of residents who moved out because they are drowning due to COVID.

Be forewarned that you don’t get to pick which specific apartment you will be living in - The Hub assigns you to one. You have to sign a lease sight unseen and they tell you 6 months later which apartment you’re in. Not all floor plans are represented but the leasing agents will tell you that the ones they show you are representative of what you’ll be leasing. Horrible experience. Signed a lease in December for 20-21 school year. Not returning to school due to Covid. Company says I have to find someone to rent the apartment or I’m responsible for paying the rent for 20-21 school year. Even though the lease hasn’t begun yet. I do not recommend this complex.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! From the moment I moved in the apartment was dirty. There are no ceiling lights or fans except for one light in the kitchen. The washers and dryers suck, the beds are hard as a rock, TONS of bugs that are never taken care of, no security cameras on property, shower heads are terrible, redoing our floors 2 weeks before move out meaning we have to take everything out and then put everything back in just to move out in 2 weeks.
