I needed a retrospective appraisal, so I researched and communicated with a number of appraisers in my area before choosing Greg Schnetz of Parkside Appraisal. He had the highest reviews and I found him to be professional, responsive, and pleasant. Also, his reasonable prices were best for my limited budget. He supported me through the process and completed my report promptly.

Greg was very professional with his services. Responding to text calls and emails in a timely manner and answering basically everything I asked him. I contacted several appraisers before him but none could help me and even turned me down. Thank you Greg for helping us get our construction permit.
