Lived here for 3 years and mostly enjoyed it. Recently we’ve have a new neighbor move in downstairs and they are awful! Called the office and still no resolution. We are moving out because of COVID drama but even if there hadn’t been a pandemic we’d be out simply because of the noise complaints. Good luck to the person who lives above those people next.

Love parkside! Perfect place for dog owners! Especially since it's backed up right next to a park. The apartments are well-maintained. Buy an excellent staff of people, Who also know you by name. The fall and summer really makes Parkside shine because of how beautiful the area is around the building. The apartment themselves are great too! Live in a one bedroom plus den, and it's perfect, and we'll maintained. Excellent job to the staff at Parkside for taking so much care of the building and the people.
Very well maintained. Also located next to French Regional Park, which has many hiking paths, great playground, beach, and picnic area. The park also offers many programs like geocaching, kayaking, canoeing, even fly fishing lessons! Also connects with regional bike path. I feel like I am on a vacation with all this area has to offer.
