The maintenance crew is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The neighbors are quite friendly. We love having a garage and a driveway. It is also conveniently located right across from the park. The landscaping does need work and sidewalks are rough looking.
We lived there for almost 15 years. The original owners (Wells) were good to us and the community. At year 13 of living there, the apartments were then sold to Hometown Property Group. They increased our rent, uncomfortably (We went from around $780-$1260), and did zero updates to our unit. Which was last updated in the mid to late 90s. Extremely outdated, bad windows, old carpeting, old linoleum, etc. They said they were increasing it because of market value, the fact that we had a 1 car garage and because we lived by Humme... read more
