We lived there for almost 15 years. The original owners (Wells) were good to us and the community. At year 13 of living there, the apartments were then sold to Hometown Property Group. They increased our rent, uncomfortably, and did zero updates to our unit. Which was last updated in the mid to late 90s. If I could give a less star I would. I lived there for 10 yrs. When it was owned by the previous management it was a wonderful place to live. Block parties, amazing neighbors. If something went wrong in the apt. it was fixed in no time. Two yrs ago, they sold and the worst property owner walked in. What’s was a 2 page lease turned into a 40 page lease. Raised the rent over 400 dollars with no apt. updates. No more cook outs, no more neighborhood parties. Seniors forced to move because they can’t afford to live there anymore.... read more
Parkside Apartments is a great place to live. The units are all very well built so you don’t hear your neighbors. Love the attached garages and having Hummel Park across the street. Easy access to the park trails & park events. I give them a 5 star! The only thing I wish had more attention too was the landscape & weeds. It is a great place to live with great neighbors. Definitely recommend Parkside Place to live
