i was just put in fb jail for stating a fact i lived there 2 years no problem them boom hatians moved next door ROACHES BED BUGS CRAWLING. through the heating vents i asked out my lease and was threatened with fines so i leery them take me to Court and i win because of the pictures i had in my phone not to mention there was 10 people in a 2 bedroom.
True Pieces of work!!! Parkside, Marley Manor, Oak Hill, and perhaps 3 others are all actually RINNIER Property Management. They appear to be hiding out as Salsibury Apartments!! Be prepared to never get your deposit back.
Don't nobody rent from either of their properties they don't know how to treat the residence the right way and they never fixed anything we need to be done!!!!

Don't rent here. They don't fix anything they make it worse. They say they will be back but don't come... you call and no answer. Call the maintenance number they put you on hold and hang up.
One star is all this place really deserves but I thought I'd be nice and give them 2 because the quality of the apartments are very nice besides the bugs that they attempt to control but the neighborhood is horrible lots of drugs and crime and noisy inconsiderate neighbors not to mention the shootings you would think that the complex would have better security or surveillance for there residents. I'm sure that with over 150 residents paying $800+ a month rent they could do a lot better
