If I could rate this 100 I absolutely would. Carmen is heaven sent. She went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend this complex to absolutely everyone!! Wonderful job!
Cute apartments that are very reasonably priced. Owners care about the property and care about their tenants. Management and maintenance work really hard to keep property up, and repairs are addressed in a timely manner. I recommend this and Cedar Creek, their sister property, around the corner.
Mae the apartment manager is amazing! When I was having issues late at night she came and helped me impressively quick! She was super friendly and helped cheer me up when I was sad. She is truly amazing and has as long as she has been here treated me way more than fair!! Thank you Mae for everything we do!!
Mae was an absolute Joy to work with!! The process was fast, accurate, and super easy. Her professionalism is above reproach can't wait to do business with her and her company again. I've never had a more personal and enjoyable experience. Thank you Mae for all of your time and efforts this morning, and saving me from a stressful search for a new place to call home.
03-24-2025 I went to the manager's office to ask some questions about a flier that was left on my door. I was happy when I went into the office, but I became a little upset, ( within myself) with manager after she gave me some information regarding the flier. After giving the manager the chance to explain the apartment's reasoning for the changes, I understood and calmed down.
