I lived at Parkside Apartments in Noble for about 2 years. The first few months were okay, but my experience went downhill after that. One of the biggest issues was a leak in one of the bedrooms whenever it rained. Water would come in through the window area, wall, and ceiling. At first maintenance just put a dehumidifier in the room. I definitely recommend for any and everybody to live at Parkside apartments they have come a long ways and everything's looking great and they're building a safe environment for families to love learn n grow

This apartment complex is a joke. You can put in maintenance request all day and they won't be taken care of for months. They have went through four managers in a year. They have cockroachs and their "treatments" don't work to get rid of them. When you move out they will charge you for stuff that you shouldn't be charged for. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody.

Worst apartments ever, can’t reach land lords bc they either block your number or ignore you and are never at the office, don’t even get me started on the shape of this awful place, the paint looks like shit there’s drywall on the floors, they claim new carpet but it smells like piss there’s mold on every window seal and under the siding on the outside of the building, it shows when the weather is bad, me my wife and son all had breathing issues being here.
