We lived here two years ago and I still refer newly married friends looking to live in Provo to here. Sam is awesome and management is integrable, honest, and top notch. We actually overpaid in rent due to an email error and we're fully refunded plus deposit when we moved out!

We are about to move one year of living at Parkside. Sam is absolutely wonderful and has been so kind throughout the entire time we've lived here. Our apartment has obviously always been well-maintained. I have never been so impressed by rental management and would encourage any married students in Provo to consider Parkside.
Apartments are well-kept and turnaround time for maintenance requests were the fastest I've ever had at any apartment. Management in general was very reactive to any issues. The only downside to living on State Street were the occasional sirens, but otherwise the best place I've lived in Provo by far.
Did not receive any deposit back. Sam (the manager) tried to charge us for extra days after moving out, because he was not available to clean the apartment. Those days were probably just taken out of our deposit.
The management is AWESOME. No problems all year except when our dishwasher pooped out but Sam the mgr fixed it right away and responds quickly to your needs. Loved living here!
Live here and you will not regret it. 0 problems in the year we lived here.
