Vienn Parkside was at one time a wonderful clinic but in the past year has not taken the time to check up on my animals when I returned home to continue nursing them. Not only have I had this experience,but my neighbor across the street had the same issue Her cat was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and they never called to check up on the status of his progress. Caring service for your pet Finally, we found a place that gives expert care for our little dog and provides a clean kennel where we can feel safe leaving her when we have to be out of town. They always seem delighted to see her, and I know she's in good hands while I'm gone.
Wonderful Experience The staff is very friendly. The ladies at the front desk always acknowledge their clients and even address them by name as they enter the waiting area. And their pet's too! Dr. Wiggington met with my cats for their annual exams. She was very thorough and patience with the little "scaredy cats". She and the medical staff are very knowledeable. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
This is a wonderful and caring practice. I have used this clinic for almost 9 years now and can tell you that they have a wonderful staff, great doctors, very caring and they support animal rescue. They are very reasonable price wise and will never recommend care just to raise the bill.
Parkside Animal Hospital is great! This is a great group of people. I recently had to make the tough decision to put my 16 year old dog to sleep. Everyone there was extremely kind and caring. They made a really sad day bearable. They were wonderful and called to check on me the next day.
Great Vet! I love this clinic. The techs are the absolute best you can find. Dr. Ruple is my personal favorite. She always takes the time to explain and you can never ask her too many questions.
RecommendedWe cannot say enough good things about the team at Parkside. They take amazing care of our fur kids! They are patient with the thousands of questions I ask and always so pleasant and kind. We love this practice, but most importantly, iur pups love them, too.
We adopted a dog from an elderly family member. Pup had not been groomed in 8 years and not only did they get our new family member in quickly they fixed him right up and he looks like a new dog!!!! Would 100% recommend for grooming.
My two boys, Wesley and Django, were seen at Parkside today. Wesley went in for a very complex dental procedure (ended up having 7 teeth removed), and Django needed a checkup because of some issues with his shoulder joint. Every single person at Parkside showed kindness, compassion, and professionalism 100% of the time. I was updated regularly as to how the boys were doing, and Wesley’s procedure was explained in terms that were easy for me to understand.
