don't move here. they continue to raise the rent while actively and passively making living conditions worse here: removed the trash cans from public areas, let people pile up trash in corners so the place is infested with roaches, take months or even years to fix things, rarely clean the hallways or public areas. update in march 2025: they've messed with the plumbing and ruined the water pressure and temperature controls. they leave the garage door broken and open for weeks at a time, so our cars are at risk of being stolen... read more
Just moved in this month to a large 600ft studio for $1200 a month! Neighbors are friendly with a community base atmosphere.

This was a apartment building that I dnt think I got in I don't know where management was and if I did get in it was 2300 rent for. Acting studio and the man that did tour it with us wasn't desperate but not desperate enough to lower rent
