Property manager is kind and professional. We have been here just about a year, Good low stress place to live.
We eventually had to move due to domestic violence in the apartment downstairs from us. The constant yelling and impacts really translate through the thin walls. And the icing on the cake was that we just got our deposit check back. They charged us $48.00 for 4 drip pans and two light bulbs, it's like prices in a hospital or something. We cleaned up a lot when we left, it was clean to the standard that someone could move in. I used to clean apartments for a very picky landlord so I do know this. Management has really gone down hill the last couple of years . Moved in 5 years ago and my rent has gone fr 850 to 1500 and seems it will countinue to increase every year with each new management
Beware rent is raised every year at renewal. Oregon law only protects buildings over 15 years old from exorbitant rent increases there’s no law protecting what the owners can do here. Rent was raised 200 last years renewal and now this year‘s renewal it’s raised another 200.
