He does not listen to the parents concerns but immediately becomes defensive and aggressive if he disagrees with you. Do not put your kids on this place! They moved to plantation on Cleary Blvd. My 7 year old was screamed and humiliated in front of the whole class when he made a mistake on his first day! When I asked why the instructor say that they use a technique where kids are "put down" so they never make a mistake again. They don't know the difference between teaching and being abusive!! Parents, find your kids another school where they are treated with respect.
PLEASE Read the consumer reports website for more details. Stay away from these people! They have had several BBB complaints filed against them. They made unauthorized charges on my credit card. They are more interested in taking your money to buy a black belt than teaching you the skills to earn one. It is a very unfortunate situation to find your family in.
This is THE WORST PLACE! Signed "paperwork" that locked me into a 3 year contract for not one but two of my children. We had already been at the school for a couple of years when they had us fill out "new paperwork". Those papers ended up locking us into paying over $7,000. We were unaware of this until we tried to leave the school. They informed us that we would still have to pay even though we were not taking lessons anymore. I can never talk to someone in charge. We All do it together as a family matter of fact we have set a goal together to accomplish a black belt together. Building memories and achieving a worthwhile goal together as a family is something that my kids will remember forever. We simply love it not to mention the impact Parks has made on my kids discipline and confidence. You gotta try it!

parks is great, we have had nothing but positive experience so far, my children have become more focused, plus they really care about teaching, I like their facility its clean, very nice and well kept. We have been going for over 2 yrs now.
Hey guys, especially instructor Ensign, I just wanted to say hello. I am an old student and loved being in Parks, I ended up being a 2nd degree black belt, and loved it. This is what Self respect does when Integrity does not live by its definition. I was Sold a Cage Fitness package and shortly after classes were cancelled and merged with their standard MMA after signing with them for two seasons and participating in all their events they straight out denied my request for a refund did classes they cancelled.
