Awful company.
Not worth the headache.
Still currently living in a home that we rent from them. It’s super disappointing because we love this house, but this company does not care about this property or us as tenants. They are difficult to work with and never answer the phone, you always have to wait days for them to respond to anything. With any issue we have had it seems like we are having to beg them to actually FIX their appliances instead of putting bandaids on gunshot wounds… just save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to rent from.
