Very friendly, attention to needs and wants exceeded my expectations, phenomenal customer service… listened very carefully to my concerns and explained everything very clear and even helped me pick out glasses based on my face shape. I probably tried on 10+ glasses and they helped me choose the best one. Really happy with my new glasses

높은 도수가 들어간 제 선글라스는 프레임 곡률과 큰 사이즈, 그리고 시력 도수 특성상 일반 안경보다 렌즈가 두꺼워질 수밖에 없다는 설명을 들었습니다. 처음에는 두께가 아쉬웠지만, 안경점에서 끝까지 상황을 이해하고 고객 입장에서 최선의 방법을 찾아 주셨습니다. 특히 먼 거리에서 방문하는 점을 배려해 불필요한 내방을 줄여 주신 덕분에 불편 없이 마무리할 수 있었습니다. 책임감 있는 태도와 세심한 배려 속에 오래된 경험에서 나오는 신뢰가 느껴졌습니다.

I purchased glasses from this shop three years ago, but due to lens distortion and focus issues, I could not wear them and set them aside. At first, I assumed it was just my own difficulty adapting, so I went back to wearing my spare glasses, leaving the new pair unused. However, it was only last year that I realized the problem was not about adaptation at all, but truly a matter of lens distortion and focus issues.
