Ill start this off by saying my experience of dealing with anyone at Parks Lincoln was absolutely excellent. Each employee Ive ever dealt with at Parks is wonderful and intelligent. Maybe I had the unique odd experience, but I thought Id input my issue Parks caused me with an engine replacement on a vehicle that has a well known TSB for incorrectly manufactured valve guides. My records show that this claim was denied by Mr. Aquilla's ext warranty company because they required the client to authorized the engine to be disassembled for inspection by a third party adjusted. Mr Aquilla did not authorize disassembly of the engine. This is not uncommon practice for ext warranty companies. I also explained to Mr Aquilla that if the issue inside the eng were due to worn parts or wear and tear (normal use) his ext warranty company would decline the repairs. Love this place OK, just have to say I love this place. I've only lived in Florida for 3 years and have leased two cars from them so far. All my experiences, from the sales department to the service department have all been rated A+. Everyone is very nice and always helpful. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
Parks Lincoln service department are not well trained and poorly organized. My vehicle has been to this shop multiple times without resolution to simple issues. Their leadership is rude, dismissive, and condescending. I would suggest another dealer or another repair shop.

Noises are sometimes difficult to accurately diagnose and your assumption that we are incompetent based on your uneducated bias is unfair to them or myself. Extremely unhappy. Went to buy a Navigator and decided to buy a slightly used on with 18K miles on it. Found out less than a week later that entire axle had to be replaced. That is not safe, I have three kids and tow regularly. How can a 18K mile car need a whole new axle and they didn't know about it when they do a 250 point inspection to "Certify" the car? Best service I ever received. Honest people willing to listen. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is repaired right. Free car wash and the dealership is very comfortable and very friendly though the entire experience.
I took a Ford E150 to them recently for some work. The ignition lock cylinder was damaged (from an attempted break-in) and therefore several components on the steering column needed to be replaced. In theory, it was pretty simple, but I wanted it fixed quickly, so I thought I'd let the dealer handle it. When I called, the service writer wouldn't take my word for what needed to be done.
