Extremely unhappy. Went to buy a Navigator and decided to buy a slightly used on with 18K miles on it. Found out less than a week later that entire axle had to be replaced. That is not safe, I have three kids and tow regularly. How can a 18K mile car need a whole new axle and they didn't know about it when they do a 250 point inspection to "Certify" the car? Best service I ever received. Honest people willing to listen. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is repaired right. Free car wash and the dealership is very comfortable and very friendly though the entire experience.
I took a Ford E150 to them recently for some work. The ignition lock cylinder was damaged (from an attempted break-in) and therefore several components on the steering column needed to be replaced. In theory, it was pretty simple, but I wanted it fixed quickly, so I thought I'd let the dealer handle it. When I called, the service writer wouldn't take my word for what needed to be done.
