Absolutely terrible. Born and raised in kernersville and so my wife and I wanted to a buy local used car from a dealership that could handle any issues. We do not buy new cars but it had been time for hers to be upgraded for a couple years now. The sales lady, Shonia I believe was very irritated when I texted questions about the vehicle and didn’t want to change from the initial inquiry if we saw another we liked.
