In Aug of last year I called for service because our garage door would not close. It would get to about 1 foot and then go back up. The error code indicated a sensor problem. The owner came out and could not find anything wrong so he lubed the door. In Oct of last year we called again for the same problem. I pointed out where the sensor wires had chuffed through because they were located directly above the lift chain. The repair men moved the wires and repaired with wire nuts. Charles and his crew have always been readily available to my company when needed and with the utmost professionalism. Most recently, Kelby was here within a half hour for an emergency repair on a job that we didn't think could be repaired! Highly recommend!
