I cannot say enough about the customer service from this office. I was in severe pain in the lower left back and hip area. Dr Parks was as professional and kind as he could be. Keeping me informed of everything he was doing. I have not been able to cross my leg since I had knee surgery 5 years ago. Thinking it was my back and knee when the entire time it was my hip muscle. I have not felt this good in years!

Dr. Parks is a wonderful Chiropractor. Whenever I call there they fit me in. The office staff is always very pleasant!
Dr. Parks is one the finest, most professional chiropractors in the Triad area. I have been going to him for several years for various reasons and he has certainly helped me. My sciatica pain was almost debilitating but within the first 1-2 sessions, I could move and walk better than I had in months and without a whole lot of pain. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! I also have to mention his staff. They are also incredibly nice and professional. Love them!
