What I wanna say is something that comes extremely rare, especially in the automotive used car sales. Usually, when you go to look at a used car, it’s always a pushy and a catch or something. This dealership has consistently no regard for customer service. 1st request was to replace the right side headlight. I was told no problem and that I need an airbag recall too. Made the appointment for both. (They said the headlight was in). Brought the vehicle in & they only fixed the airbag. Said they didn't have the headlight it'll be another week. Told them I wouldn't be available next week that I'll get it fixed when I get back. (One unnecessary trip). Second, screw up. I got a bolt in my tire. I told them I have the t... read more
