I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an alignment and tire rotation. When I asked for an update, i got “yea they’re working on it”. When I finally got the truck back, i was missing $20 cash that i had sitting out. Alignment still is not perfect by the way
We came at 6pm for an appointment with Jason and he never once pressured us. He was fantastic! Stayed until 10pm with us which was so kind, knowing we wanted get everything handled in one trip. Brandon with finance was very helpful and professional. Both Jason and Brandon never once judged us for our random and probably stupid questions. They were great!
Terrible experience with a gm product! After insisting that there was problems with oil disappearing and them saying 1 qt of oil after 1000 miles is normal, and pressing for documents they finally rebuilt the engine. With 36000 miles! Then, not even months later, the brakes completely wear out! On a brand new vehicle! The reason I bought one was to avoid this! Never buy a gm product!
