Leasing a car from here and due to covid 19 we’re behind on payments. So instead of trying to work with us and attempting to understand the situation, they repossessed our car. A heartless company with nothing but greed motivating their actions. They don’t report to the credit agencies and they over charge their customers. How are you guys comfortable with taking people’s cars during a global crisis?
bad cars, heartless during covid-19 pandemic, broke the law on top of that by unlawful repossession during the pandemic.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! They are a SCAM ! Selling Cars that they know are MESSED UP !! I WILL NOT purchase from here AGAIN ! That’s a shame you SCAM A 16 YEAR OLD !! But I will take my hardworking money and FIX THIS CAR MYSELF !!
when advertising a car with zero mechanical flaws, they need to make sure it has zero mechanical flaws. Bought an 06 4runner which has been nothing but a lemon. Overheated on me the same day i bought it cause the thermostat got stuck open and developed a misfire shortly after leaving their office. vehicle also had a head gasket leak. If the vehicle was checked right by their mechanics it would of been caught. I thought i purchased a reliable vehicle but its been nothing but headaches. Bought a Volvo XC90 today. Currently own one and was looking for an upgrade. This was it! Very nice vehicle. The interior was almost immaculate! Also, I cannot say enough nice things about Monica. She was very courteous and professional. Such a pleasure doing business with her.
