While in Columbia for a doctor appointment … I needed to get oil and have it put in my 2024 Volkswagen, Tiguan. I was directed by the front desk to PARKS AUTO PARTS on River Road. CHRIS was fabulous!! He got me oil … and although he couldn’t put it in … he went out with me and “pointed and directed” me. Knowledgeable, courteous and so helpful. Thanks to PARKS AUTO PARTS and CHRIS!

this place has parts some store may not have. and bryan is a very friendly person and as the assistant manager and want it comes to paint matching.he is ur man. I had a color nobody could match. but he match the i was in need of. thnk you bryan
