Good management
the maintenance team always shows up the same day and is so fantastic. leasing office is always helpful as well. definitely happy to live here!
I had high hopes for this place. With the tour, online tour and communication, everything seemed good. The day of move in was the total opposite. The apartment was filthy, bugs on the floor, cabinets, doors, counters dirty. I knew the apartment was an ADA apartment, but not once was it mentioned that it was a different layout than what I was shown. So I am not paying for what I thought I was getting. I've had the best experience living here! The staff, specifically Ashleigh & Geoffrey, plus all maintenance staff, have been so helpful since I moved here in 2023. Maintenance makes quick work of issues and responds very quick. The community is great, pool area is beautiful and great place to relax, the gym is perfect for a quick workout, and the community areas are well kept. I love living at Parks at Nexton!
Ashleigh and staff are very warm and welcoming. Ashleigh was also the biggest and best help during my process here. She was quick on the draw with any questions and concerns I had. Thank you Parks at Nexton! ❤️
