RecommendedI had a pleasant experience with working with the Parks at Nexton Team. Very professional. I had no problem at all with anything. Every question I had asked via email was answered very quickly. Carly has done a great job working with me with everything. Promote her now! So Far So Good with everything and with my apartment.
have honest management, who doesn't do shady things.
Mold in the buildings and now they are blocking the people posting on their Facebook page.. so no one can comment... really reputable facility.
Just horrible how do you sleep at night knowing that you have tenants with mold in the apartments, and do nothing to fix the situation. Very sad but if if was your baby and you sick from the mold In the place you would want something done... I hope nobody rents again until you start caring about your tenant's that is why you have a job. I hope the post's on Facebook make people think twice before renting a mold infested place like this. All I say is pathetic. How do charge hundreds for rent but can't fix things in an apartment that can cause harm get real or get outta business.
I have to give a shout out to THE CARES TEAM Ben & Samantha Tobin! The Parks at Nexton could not have selected a more perfect couple for this position! They are truly the most friendliest and most giving people I have met since living there! They go above and beyond the job they have! I cannot thank them enough for being their for my family during a difficult transition! We look forward to building and maintaining a friendship with them! Just Moved in and we love it. Great apartments that are spacious and contemporary. Feels like I'm staying in a hotel penthouse suite. Great amenities too.
