I came to Parks while my house was being built. I'm moving out this month and would recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice place to live. Thank you Geoffrey for your patience with all my questions!
I came to shout out the Parks at Nexton team and saw a review with garbage photos that does not feel quite fair. The compactor has broken in the past, however that is not how it regularly looks. It would also help if people actually threw their trash in the compactor! I live in the 8 building and have seen how lazy people are! It’s ridiculous. I absolutely love living at Parks at Nexton! From the moment I stepped into my modern industrial-style apartment, I knew I was home. I guess it was a blessing. I was in a rush to get an apartment at the “last minute thing”. Another apt community put me through hell even though I hadn’t moved in yet! I felt deceived and a little discriminated to be honest. However, I decided I don’t want to deal with them. So, luckily I accidentally called the Parksatnexton.
