Rude staff! I wanted to make an appointment here because I ride the light rail to work which is close to this office. I Called to make an appointment and the girl who answered the phone was VERY rude and had a bad attitude. To the point of huffing and puffing in the phone! Ever heard of customer service? I decided to make an appointment elsewhere.
I am not fond of going to the eye doctor. That being said I did have a great experience with Dr. Sancho she was thorough, she answered all of my questions , she explained everything to me and she took all the time needed to make sure my exam was complete. I will be going back to her because I am confident that she will be able to see any changes that occur and be a partner with me to take care of my eye health. Both doctors are very thorough and provide the best eye care in the south Denver metro area. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
Dr Sancho ROCKS !! Her whole team works in Excellence !! And she has totally helped me with a very bad issue with Dry eyes and good fitting contacts .. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jeff Marlatt's since 2013. Back then my husband drove an hour out of his way to visit this doctor, as he hadn't been able to wear contacts in years. A coworker at the time told him that Dr. Marlatt managed to fit very difficult cases. Recently, I called Parkridge Vision Specialists office for an examination. To my shock, they made me an appointment that same day. Both doctors made it a point to evaluate my eyes.
