If you want to live here you are going to live with mice and cockroaches in one day mate 10 will never end
Corporate will be quick to take you to court but won’t be quick to mark anything satisfied once they get their money. Me and my child are now homeless been reaching to them for over a month stating this was harboring us for getting approved. Considering it shows it was paid in full because they was quick to send me a payoff letter but I told them they have to mark satisfied to the court they’ve now tried to take months and months to respond they won’t answer the phones or emails. Do not recommend
PARKRIDGE GARDENS is a very nice place to live, there is a lot of vegetation, bus stop a few meters away, it is a very pleasant atmosphere, it has a play area for children, it is a very accessible place, where everything is close to you, shops, school, bank, restaurants, and although always, to any apartment complex you go to live in, you will find some maintenance problem, which is solved if you communicate directly with the owner manager Jennifer, since she is the one who spends time in the office and I tell you something ... read more
I am already tired of requesting that they repair the correct way this leak problem that I have in my bathroom, all the water with urine and feces falls into my bathroom, they came to repair it, they did not do it well, they have left the wall open, where even rodents and insects can enter, something that I do not have in my apartment.
