Updated review since I unfortunately had to interact with management recently. One day a man came to my apartment with no uniform and asked to come in because there was a leak. I said no, please have management call me to tell me that you're in fact an employee here. He was annoyed but agreed. I then got a call from Jule O'farrell who seemed shocked I did not let this random ununiformed man into my apartment. He checked my apartment for a leak and stated he may or may not come back. Pros are the commute for me, it's a relatively quiet neighborhood, and there's a great park across the street. The building is old and there are basically no amenities other than garage parking. Certain hallways are in desperate need of re carpeting- they look completely trashed. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern enough, which was the second draw to this place for me. Some complexes in Seattle will have amenities like gyms but smaller apartments, this complex has bigger apartments and nothing else. The neighb... read more
