Rude management. Each one gets more and more aggressive. We have gone thru 4 managers and the first 2 were willing to converse. Current one will not provide owner information when asked even thought that's my right as a tenent. PROBABLY because they might be embezzling Con Artist so they do not want us to talk to the true owner. They like to raise rent for reasons like "maintenances" but they do not maintain anything.
