Moved here 3 years ago this April and have had a rent lot increase each year of $50.00. Thats $150 ! We have recieved nothing for this increase. Promised fenceline would be put up the back of our property when we moved in and nothing has been done. No fire hydrants anywhere in case of fire. Paying to have our grass mowed but have no grass, just sand. This company is so unprofessional and doesn't care about what properties they are supposed to be maintaining, all they are doing is snowing whatever investors they get to think they are going to get a fast return, let alone a long term investment. All the Parks in Red Bluff, CA,, half of the tenants have left,,, because they raised rent,,,and haven't maintained the Parks since they took over on April 30th, ,2025
Park Nation took over our RV park and raised rent from 1400 to 2000 on our house. They wouldn't fix the air conditioner, which in Red Bluff CA gets in the triple digits. We would use the fan mode on the air conditioner because it was the only thing that worked and management removed the fuses so we couldn't use it at all. The PGE was over 700 dollars because they charge you commercial instead of residential rates. While living there the PGE went out 2-3 times a week and management did nothing. They did almost a 50 percent rent increase forcing people out of there mobile homes in California these people are very terrible they won't help you
Can't keep employees very long. Tell residents one thing and threaten them with vacate notices. Don't recommend anyone to live in one of their parks.
