They did almost a 50 percent rent increase forcing people out of there mobile homes in California these people are very terrible they won't help you
Can't keep employees very long. Tell residents one thing and threaten them with vacate notices. Don't recommend anyone to live in one of their parks.
It's getting better
I have call management 2 days in a row and no answer when I call it goes to VM and then texted with no reply. This is getting a little bad for the money we pay
