Estoy muy feliz y emocionada porque acabo de adquirir mi primer casa con esta compa��a en port neches Tx. el mobile home park donde est� mi casa es muy bonito y tranquilo adem�s me queda cerca todo. Restaurantes,tiendas, escuelas, �reas recreativas y lo mejor es que mi trabajo me queda a solo 6 minutos. Es una de las mejores �reas. Fueron muy amables durante el proceso en que estuvimos negociando todo se hizo de la mejor manera. me sent� en confianza con ellos. Es por eso que recomiendo esta compa��a: ParkNation.
This place is a joke , don’t waste your time renting from them.
Moved here 3 years ago this April and have had a rent lot increase each year of $50.00. Thats $150 ! We have recieved nothing for this increase. Promised fenceline would be put up the back of our property when we moved in and nothing has been done. No fire hydrants anywhere in case of fire. Paying to have our grass mowed but have no grass, just sand. The ones that are here permanatly, own their home, are stuck and we are paying for the ones that rent and move in and out every other month. I feel you need to give the people t... read more
