Machines don’t work when you try to pay and leave. Takes forever to get someone in the intercom
Where do I start. We booked a spot for our car as we left on vacation, instructions were clear to leave lights on and wait by the car. We were passed twice and waited over an hour for our ride. When we arrived home, we again waited 45 minutes at the shuttle station and watched two busses go to departures and never came around to arrivals. Please take down your advertisement stating shuttles come every 5-10 minutes because that is not true and misleading. I've attached below.
