App easy to book. Instructions easy to follow. Called for pick up when ready and coming back we had a flat. Hats off to Patrick there for answering our call at the intercom gate trying to get out we had a flat tire and he qent above and beyond ensuring wr had enough air to get home. I highly recommend this place. Brought us to airport and back to are car safely. Thank you
Always a 20 minute to half hour wait at the Airport on arrival.
Completely terrible service, waited for 35 mins for a ride. And the security guards are useless, I seen another customer hit one of the picketers outside the lot and security just watched it happen and proceeded to help the customer and not ask the picketer if he was okay
Absolutely ridiculous. We waited for 15 mins for pick up from the airport. Then waited for 5 mins for a "park and fly" picket line. And then waited agian trying to leave the parking lot after getting the vehicle. When are these picketers going to understand that enraging the consumers are only going to hurt them in the long run. I would also like to add that I was with 2 young children. As I tried to leave I informed the picketer and was met with rudeness. This will likely be the last time we use park and fly.
