If your brand new product works perfectly you'll be happy. However, customer support for faulty products is abysmal. Don't buy from them.
Excellent service, very friendly staff. Just bought a new tub, Parklane delivered it and set it up. Even brought fresh warm water and filled it up. Highly recommend. Also prices for attachments and chemicals very reasonable.
Do not buy a tub from this company or use them to fix any pool or hot tub you own. They do not stand behind their products and they cannot even fix them. 3 times for the same leak and not fixed. Now they want me to get my tub to their shop to fix starting at $800 after I have already spent thousands. Absolute worst customer service in town. Why sell something you cannot fix?
