This is the 3rd time that I took my son to Parklane Dental. I just want to say thank you to everyone. The assistants were so helpful even my son was crying crazy. I am still glad that the treatment was completed and he was happy by the time we left the office. Thank you so much Dr. To.
No wait time, friendly and professional staffing, and very clean. I felt welcome, comfortable, and the treatment was painless, which is always great at a dental office. Thanks a bunch you guys.
Betty was the hygienist who cleaned out my teeth. She was so nice and did a good, thorough job. She also showed great concern about some inflammation going on in my gums and gave me free samples that may alleviate the inflammation. Dr. To was also great and checked my teeth thoroughly after they were cleaned. I've already visited Parklane 3-4 times for regular cleaning/checkup. Every time, the staff has been very accommodating. Very quick and painless dental work. Dr. To is very caring and concerned about my health.
My longest wait is usually like 3 mins--if I have to wait. Few dental offices can give you an appointment time and then immediately help you. The interior is always clean and looks pretty posh actually. The staff is very very friendly. Dr. To and staff are also informative. They explain what's happening so you get the full picture.
Professional, friendly, organized, on time, great experience. I am from out of town and likely would not be able to use them long term but wish I could. Dr. To is great and his staff is 1st class!
It don't get better than this. If u haven't gone here, you need to set up an appointment now.
Dental Service - Excellent Facility Cleanliness - Excellent Staff - Super Friendly
I am so happy that I found Dr. To and Parklane Dental. My son is only 4 years old and he did not even cry. He told me that he wants to come back to this office. The office is so clean and all the staffs here are very nice and helpful. I had a lot of questions because this was my first time to bring my son here but they did answer all my questions with patience. I will definitely refer all my friends and family here.
