I must say.. I have visited so many different dental offices in the last year and Parklane Dental is by far the best dental visit I had!! The staff are friendly, the office decor is sleek and clean. Most importantly, I felt so confident n secure in DR. To. He was very thorough and walked me through my X-ray. Dr. To took the time to explain the issues I had on each and every tooth. The staff at Parklane Dental are all friendly, very courteous, and competent. Dr. To was willing and able to explain the procedure I had--replacing a crown. He was not satisfied until the fit was perfect, then went out of his way to schedule the final appointment before the office closed for remodeling.
Dr. Tu is very patient and professional. He explains each step of the procedure and cares about how you feel. Nice office and friendly staff. Just a kind suggestion - follow-ups are good, but not too early on weekends - I was woken up on Saturday at 8:30 am by the courtesy call checking if I'm feeling ok after the treatment.
Parklane Dental staff is professional and very pleasant. They make the dental experience very comfortable.
Read the reviews online and decided to give this place a shot. What you see is what you get. Friendly staff and great Dr.'s!! I felt very comfortable and very informed with the procedure they performed on me that day. I will definitely recommend this dentist office to friends and family.
The Dr. To and Dr. Wu and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Wu always explains what she will be doing to me and stops to ask if I have any questions. They are very professional but yet, friendly. My family and I are thrilled that we have made this our new dental office. Dr. To is fantastic with my children. My husband (who fears going to the dentist) and I are very pleased and highly satisfied with Parklane Dental.
