The staffs always make me feel great and very good customer service. However the reminder for my upcoming appointment was a bit much. First Email then text message follow by phone call. Gee I know I am getting old but how many times do I need to be reminded about my appointment?
I love the newly remodeled/expanded office. The staff are all friendly and very professional. Dr. Eric To did a great job in fixing my front tooth.
