Everytime I visit, I have a great experience. I never have to wait longer than my scheduled time and everyone in the reception office is very nice and welcoming. I've only visited twice and they already know me by my first name. The dental hygenist is also very careful at what she does which makes me feel safe. I used to be scared of dentist before, but now I am not.
