Keep rasing rent
I have and am currently living in the Parklane apartments. For the last 3 1/2 years this place has not only been my home but a home to my twin daughters. Everytime they are here they always walk in the door give me a big and and say " it's good to be home" and as a single parent who is trying her hardest, that melts my heart and I know I'm doing something right. My experience with Parklane Apartmanets has been nothing short of incredible. The Owner and Staff are highly motivated and very professional. I have and will continue to support Parklane Apartments in anyway I can. I am forever grateful! 10/10 for me.
I don't ever write reviews but I couldn't not write one for this company. If zero stars was an option, that would be my choice. Honestly the worst rental experience I ever had. I rented a house in Hastings. The management and owners are a joke. They make excuses for everything. The houses are not worth what they cost. I paid more than I had ever paid before and the house was trash. This is how most of the houses are they own and I can say that from seeing several of them.
