Not very happy with our new townhouse. Lots of deficiencies. I would not recommend Mason homes to anyone.
The way this site is run is horrible, from the owner to the supervisors. The tradesman are all non-union (oh well) and contracted, but the pay is bad compared to other places. So the work is left shoddy by lottery, and home owners are told to clean it up themselves. There’s no respect for the house, the weather. Solutions creating problems is what the home owners have told me. It’s like a skeleton crew who actually works for Mason. I feel for them all.
Mason Homes- please change your Quality Lives Here slogan because it's far from it. I would never recommend anyone not even my worst enemy to buy one of your poorly constructed homes. 🤢 oh and by the way Tarion is for the builder 100%. Stay away from Mason Homes unless you want a nightmare. They have bought more land on Chemong to create more nightmares.
Nice homes
5 months after moving in, still have a hole in my main hallway, Boards for windows in my egress basement window that the builder broke 9 months ago when installing, Cracks in my drywall, Gasket on shower door not properly installed, Creaking staircase and Missing finishes on my porch; trims and paint Will update this post when repairs/installations happen.
