I lived here several years ago. My apartment was cold, drafty, and the 2nd hand cigarette smoke from neighbors was unbearable, but I assume it's now a non-smoking building because all apt buildings in WA are supposed to be non-smoking these days. So it's probably less smoky now. The outdoor grounds look nice and are well kept, which is Parkland's best feature. Indoors is not nice, but is liveable. The rent is low (HUD subsidized) which is helpful if your budget is tight.

This is the first time I have visited this apartment complex in Longview. I stopped by to visit a friend that resides in a one bedroom upstairs apartment. Tiny 1 bed room apartment with a tiny kitchen, small living room, bedroom and bathroom. Seems quiet and very clean. Everyone seems to have an assigned parking but parking seems a hassle for anyone that visits or has an extra car. The side of the streets are always consumed with parked cars.
