The infusion clinic is a nightmare from the first contact with the rude reception desk to the unbelievable long wait for your medication , with an appointment mind you. Be prepared to stay all day for a couple of hours of infusion

The nurses have attitudes and they are lazy. Get an attitude when you ask for something. Act as if they do not understand anything you are saying. Room hasn't been cleared.
