We lived there for about 3 years. 0% family friendly. My son wasn't allowed to be a kid at that place. They constantly were complaining about him playing outside and even sent a letter saying my son couldn't play outside past 4:30 PM when he would get home from school at 4 pm. My son gained a bunch of weight after we moved there because he wasn't allowed to be a kid. And don't get me started on Rose, the old woman who lives near the pool. Lived here for almost a year and only left because we bought a house. Bill is a great apartment manager and all maintenance concerns were addressed immediately every time.
I have been living here for one year. It is very quiet and affordable. If you consider this as your next apartment, you might wanna consider book this 3 months earlier than you move in, because it is popular.
Very quiet, beautiful grounds, maintenance requests completed quickly and very nice manager.
