5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I have lived at Parkland Green Apartments in New Berlin for three years now, and it has been a wonderful place to call home. The community is excellent. The buildings and grounds are always clean, the area is safe, and it is a peaceful, quiet place to live. After three years here, I can confidently say it is a fantastic neighborhood. The biggest highlight of living here is the property manager, Bill. He is incredible at his job. Bill is friendly, professional, and always available when you need hi... read more

Lived here for almost a year and only left because we bought a house. Bill is a great apartment manager and all maintenance concerns were addressed immediately every time.
I have been living here for one year. It is very quiet and affordable. If you consider this as your next apartment, you might wanna consider book this 3 months earlier than you move in, because it is popular.
Very quiet, beautiful grounds, maintenance requests completed quickly and very nice manager.
