Lived here for almost a year and only left because we bought a house. Bill is a great apartment manager and all maintenance concerns were addressed immediately every time.
I have been living here for one year. It is very quiet and affordable. If you consider this as your next apartment, you might wanna consider book this 3 months earlier than you move in, because it is popular.
Very quiet, beautiful grounds, maintenance requests completed quickly and very nice manager.
Stayed at Parkland Green from 2019 to 2021, the grounds are always in top shape, the apartment is a bit old but very well maintained. Has underground parking for an extra fee. Free heat! Bill is the manager and he does a fantastic job and is very friendly.
