What a breeze of fresh air is this place! I take my 96 year old dad, and they treat him with such warmth and care. They even remember him when he arrives! Dr. Natchimuthu is the most caring, and patient doctor I met. She expends all the time required to see my father... she talks to him and reasons with him about the treatments to follow. UPDATE: I got tretaed badly when my physician got sick on a Friday no one took over his 8am appt and they LIED on MycHART STATING HE WOULD GET TO ME LATER IN THE DAY SO NO ONE COVERED FOPR HIM BY 5pm and Patient Relations did NOTHING TO HELP AT ALL!!! I CALLED to get an Afterhours Physician,,,and The Nurse REFUSED MY REQUEST TWICE. I hadto gpo to the ETR the NEXT Day DUE TO THE lack of medicine votally needed by myself!! This clinic for the elderly has very caring Physicians such as Dr. Minh Do and Dr. 'Nachy' who has such a great caring manner who will listen carefully to your needs and medical issues. I recommended this clinic to my brother and he was so impressed also. The answering service of the main Parkland facility is adequate and the MyChart sysyem is conscientiously monitored by staff and the physicians so you can communicate easily and directly in a time-sensitive manner.
