Spoke to Alejandra hodge who is the office manager about completing paperwork. This office has no clue about assisting the underserved population. They provide misinformation. They take forever to get with you about the paperwork. And the Medical Director give decisions without providing ample information as to how to rectify the offices inability to complete documentation. Not even 1 start from me. Worst customer service. People can die before they even get a call back. I have been dealing on an prescription since 2/14/2019. They still can’t seem to get it right.
