I have always gone to Costco for exams and glasses but changed to Parkland because they take VSP. The Dr. Was awesome took his time and explained everything to me unlike Costco where I was rushed and they were rude. The whole experience was wonderful and I will continue going to Parkland eye and vision.
I'll start by saying this was my first and only visit to Parkland eye and vision. That being said, everybody I encountered seemed polite, professional, and helpful. I left there feeling like I'm going to get exactly what I wanted and needed. Will update this review after I go back to get my glasses fitted. As of now, I would highly recommend them. I returned and everything went great. This place is doing it right.
Friendly, professional and efficient. Couldn’t be any more satisfied.
