We bought the Parkit360 to move our 4000 lb curb weight travel trailer around. The 5K unit worked as well as it was designed to do. Unfortunately there was some scary moments that took us by surprise when we tried to move our trailer up the driveway. Our driveway has a gradient of 2.6% which should not be a problem. The driveway apron has the usual small bump, which we didn't see as a problem. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is that when I order the 10k dolly it said in the web site it was in stock. But after a week went buy I did not have it. Called customer service and they told me it was on back order. So waited another 2 weeks before I got shipping confirmation and then took over another week to get it. But the product is great I move my trailer in at then end of the day. Set up is easy and the product is straight forward on the trailer use.
We bought the 10k unit to move our 7500 lb travel trailer into a spot that was tough to manage with our truck. The unit did fine on the pavement but struggled on the hard packed gravel up a small incline. The trailer was rolling on grass also. That may have contributed to the struggles as well. I'm not confident the unit would push the trailer across the grass if it had made it through the gravel. It did get the trailer into a position that I could use our truck to finish the parking job. Parkit 360 allowed me to fit my 20' Airstream in a super tight garage. I have 3" on each side and it worked flawlessly.
