I made every court date but kept getting date for continuance because the "victim " never showed but I broke my ankle before I could make it to the next court date and just when I thought I would get another date because of my absence I get the news that my attorney Tim Tarpey got my case thrown out! But one thing I really loved about Tim was that as his client I always felt safe and comfortable with him.

Mr Tarpey was wonderful. He got the case thrown out for my grandson. We wre just hoping not to lose his license. He is a God send!!~!!!
